Susan has been a full time Realtor in the far western suburbs since 1988, joining RE/MAX of Naperville in 1990. She lives in Lisle with her husband, but has been the company spouse and moved many times before settling here in 1986. (Indianapolis, New York, New Jersey, Michigan)
Knowing this would be their permanent home, her husband encouraged her to become a Realtor and he was right - she loves helping people.Her three grown children have settled in this area too. Susan enjoys spending time with her three granddaughters, knitting, volunteering, traveling,
She has developed a professional team to work with her so her clients will get all the attention they deserve. This includes a Client Care Manager, a Professional Stagger (which is a free service), a web page developer and a foreclosure/short sells department.
Among her achievements, Susan is in the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame, is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Certified in Cultural Diversity, Council of Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer's Broker and a Senior Real Estate Specialist. Susan is past President Elect of DuPage/Will Women's Council of Realtors, and a Member of Professional Standards Committee for the Main Street Organization of Realtors in the west and south west suburbs of Chicago and also serves on the Illinois State Professional Standards Committee. She was awarded the Woman of Valor in 2005 for her community work. She served as president of DuPage/Will Women's Council of Realtors in 2007.
When Susan is not busy helping people buy and sell real estate she fills her time coaching other Realtors around the country with Corcoran Consulting and Coaching. "Working with other Realtors keeps me on my toes - I have to be ahead of current trends and the market."
